Why i can't log in my facebook account to see my saved mind maps… how can i restore them? Am I lost everything?

I just checked the account you have with the email you've logged into the Community and can see you have several maps.

Please could you try logging in with this email?

Hey Misa! I have a lot of emails that i Use in Mind Meister… i'd like to recover my old email that is linked by FACEBOOK.

It was this one: "vitor.aguiar.zanella@hotmail.com"

But i really can't access my account linked in facebook, it's not this one that im using right now…

May you help me to solve this problem?

I've found the account and see that the maps are still there, so don't worry!

Are you trying to log in via mobile?

Biggerplate, Microsoft and Facebook SSO were deactivated for the MindMeister mobile apps in the summer 23.

If you're trying via desktop, please could you delete cookies + cache and test it in incognito mode?

I tried again… and keep the same problem…

Misa… you said that my mind maps still there, so… how can i access them if i dont have more access to the account linked in my FACEBOOK? what i have to do to recover?

I'm speaking with our developers about this as it seems like the SSO was deactivated.
