Board invitation/cooperation for people with other MT team accounts

Dear Expert colleagues,
I co-work with customers using MeisterTask as I do. My customer A has a MT Pro team account, wich I am not part of and not need to be. In earlier times I could as an external create a board and invite other members out of customer Ads team.

But in the meanwhile the inviteee got no access to this board and is asked by the system to register an account (which he has already)

Is there a fix or another way of creating boards with shared usage across teams? This is a key functionality for my / my customers´s co-operation and I assume for many others, too.

With the help functionality I did not find a solution. Any info / idea how to overcome this would be extremely helpful

    Hi @Tilman Möller ,

    I am sure we can figure this out, all paid accounts are able to collaborate. So, in theory, you should be able to create a board in your own account and then easily invite the other customer to the board.

    The other customer will get an email notifying them that you invited them. They can follow the link in the email, login to MeisterTask and easily see the board.

    Could you tell me more, where the problem is in that journey that I subscribe? Which part do you have troubles with? A screenshot or video of the problem would help even more.

    I would recommend: You can double-check if you have invited the other customer with the exact email address that his/her existing account is based upon.

    HI @Cornelia Patscheider I know the inviation process and it worked easily for years. But after the changes on MT re. team projects et al (I remind it was about a yerr ago or so) we are struggling each time. I sen you the screenshots via DM
