Why can't I see my Meistertask projects in MindMeister?

Hey guys, I have tried several times to link an entry in the mind map with a Meistertask task. Unfortunately, when I click on the task icon in the right sidebar, I only see one old Meistertask project, but not the one I need. I have already tried to create new projects in Meistertask. But these don't appear either. Creating a new map after I have created a new project doesn't work either. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. It seems, everyone was very busy the last days 😉

    I have tried to reproduce the problem, but it all worked correctly on my side.

    The image beside shows the correct project and task I have chosen. The link also works correctly.

    Can you please try to log out of your accounts, delete the cache of your browser and log-in again to your accounts?
