Unable to join new members to a project

Hello Community,
I've created a project and if I share the link to join the project, the members can click on that link but thereafter nothing happens and they do not join the project. What to do I wrong?

On the first picture you see the link I share, on the second link you see what happens when the one click on the shared link. His MeisterTask-App opens, but he does not join to the project, also he has clicked on the shared link to join.

Hi Dennis,

can you describe how you invite the people in detail?

Do you add them to the project first, or just send them the invite link? A common problem is, that some Project Admin do both.

I would also recommend that Jan tries to switch on the phone to the project (rocket) icon to see if the project shows up there with all other projects. At the moment you can only see the dashboard on the screenshot, so we cannot know, if he already has access to the project.

I am sure we can figure out a solution here.
