Create new Pages by default instead of Notes

The problem: We keep creating new Notes when we intended to create new pages. We like using Meister Note a lot; this problem originates from increased usage. For us, getting information into a Page is a higher priority than correctly filing the Page in a Note.

This is important because we clutter our Meister Note space with Notes that should be pages.

Workaround: We then have to spend time converting notes to pages.

What would be better from our perspective:
1) The plus/'+' button create a new page by default, not a new Note.
1.1) Option: Creating a new default Note/page can be selected in settings

2) Change the name of Notes to Notebooks to be more suggestive of a container of Pages.

3) Show Pages and Notes on the top-level display so it is easy to drag Pages into the Notes where they belong.

4) Provide a new Page widget on Android.
