Make search a search bar in the web app(s)

Problem: We've been failing to use Meister's powerful search feature.

Why: We mistakenly use Filtering believing it to be search.

Workaround: Frustration followed by reading documentation and sharing with colleagues.

Suggestion: Make search a search bar like a browser (omnibox). Position the search bar above the icon for Projects/Notes.
