Ability to create a timeblock for scheduling work on a task for integration with calendars
Can we create time blocks for working on tasks to improve usability with the calendar integrations? These time blocks can also work with the time tracking feature, and a report can be generated to show whether the time allocated vs. the actual was over or under the allocated time to improve productivity and identify bottlenecks.
For example, I have a presentation video to create for a course. I can typically do that in around four hours, but I want to schedule two 2-hour blocks of time (two tasks) on my calendar to actively work on and complete the work.
I can schedule it for the Gantt chart, but it doesn't appear on the calendar. To have it appear on my calendar, I set a due date and time, and I get a one-hour block. But I can't create a task duration in hours or minutes or define a start and stop time for the task so that it appears in my calendar in a useful way.
I have to expand the slot or manually move it in the calendar, but those changes aren't reflected in the task within MeisterTask.
I'm double-handling the task, bouncing between my calendar and MT to schedule my work day. Creating a work schedule directly in the calendar is quicker and easier.
