Updates to the Access Tab 🔒

We recommend removing inactive external collaborators and adding regular users to the team to keep project data safe. To make this process as easy as possible for Admins, we'll update the Acces Tab and send out email reminders to Admins:

• Adding Users to the Team: We will add an option for Team Admins to add eligible users (individual contributors or users who are part of another team) to their teams directly on the Access screen.
• Security emails about external contributors: We will start sending security emails to Team Admins notifying them that their Team data can be accessed by people not part of the team whenever the number of externals reaches 5. Then we will send it for every 10th external again (i.e., 15, 25, 35, etc.)

These changes are planned to go live in mid-December.
