I have a problem logging in, can't use the system
The payment was successful, but the system says it hasn't been paid
How do I fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out. I can see the payment has gone through. Please make sure you're logging in with the correct email address. It should be the same one as the email you logged into the Community with.
