Display a list of Recent Note Pages

Problem: People I collaborate with add pages to our shared notebooks and I'm not aware they added new pages.

Why this matters?: Fluid collaboration relies on responsiveness. If there's a new note page and no one knows it's there then no one can collaborate on it.

Workarounds: Annotate the new page with a conversation. Typically the conversation is "Here's a new page" which seems redundant.
