Managing team workloads is a critical aspect of project management that can significantly impact productivity, employee well-being, and overall project success. In MeisterTask, the ability to visualize and manage workload across the organization will empower managers and team leads to allocate tasks effectively, reduce stress, and ensure a balanced workload distribution. This proposal outlines the features and benefits of a new Workload Management Dashboard for MeisterTask.
