Cornelia's Update- my Tasks is suddenly an empty rectangle
Hi Corneila, I added myself to your recent list for some kind of update you were doing. Since then, my Tasks is a big empty box. I don't know where the notifications came from but I'd like to remove it. The support videos show arrows and other things in the top right corner that I don't have.
I've clicked everything I can find but I can't get it back to the way it used to be where I could add tasks with a little circle.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @Tiffany Butler ,
thanks for reaching out! I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. It certainly should not just be white. You should be able to see a list of tasks and notification. I'll forward your issue internally and see what we can do here.
I also noticed that there is some confusion for you going on, because you wrote: "I added myself to your recent list for some kind of update you were doing". So I want to shed light onto this, so that you are aware what is going on.
So let me explain what you signed up for:
You signed up here on Dec 5 to be a Beta Tester for the upcoming Beta feature called "Home". If you are not sure what you signed up for, then you can re-read all important information in the first post of this thread here.
I updated the same thread later on Dec 10 with more important information. You can catch up on the thread anytime. You can find a detailed guide of how the new feature works here.
You mentioned "other things in the top right corner that I don't have". Yes, that is correct and intended behavior. You don't have these things in the top right corner anymore, because you have now early access to the new Home dashboard. This new Home dashboard does not include those. You can find detailed information on how it works here. However, as you can read in the article, these white boxes should contain important information, so I am sorry, that you are experiencing this bug at the moment.
At the moment, you are signed up to be a Beta tester. That means, there is no way for you to get back to the way it used to be. Beta testers are the very first users who can test a feature. Unfortunately, that means that Beta testers are the first users who come across any potential bugs. Thanks for reporting this, so we can look into it.
I'll update this thread when I have more information to share.0 -

Hi @Tiffany Butler ,
I just talked with a colleague internally. So this might not be a bug, is it possible you don't have any tasks assigned to yourself?
The white space on the left side might be there simply because you haven't assigned any tasks to yourself.
And the white space on the right side might be there simply because non of the people you work with have tagged you yet. You will get notification in these scenarios.
So, please try to do two things:
#1: Please assign tasks to yourself, so that the white box "My Tasks" lists all your tasks.
- First, open any project. Click in the sidebar on the rocket icon and choose a project.
- Choose a task, click on the assignee icon and assign it to yourself.
- Go back to the Home screen by clicking on the house icon in the left sidebar.
- Now, the task will show up in the white box "My Tasks"
#2: Please change the filter in the Notifications.
At the moment, the filter is blue in your screenshot. That means, that you can only see unread messages. If you would like to see all notification, make sure that the filter Show only unread is toggled off.
- Click on the Filter icon.
- Toggle Show only unread off.
- Now you can see all Notifications.
Please let me know if that helps, and if you can now see all tasks that are assigned to you and notifications that you received from people you are working with.
