License renewal and update of billing details

Hello,

I have had an account for two years and have collected and entered a lot of (research) data, which I absolutely need now.

I have tried several times to change and update my bank details (because my VISA was stolen and therefore blocked), without success. The MindMeister page first sent me back to my home banking for a payment of 1EUR, incomprehensible. I then contacted support, without response. I have just contacted the MindMeister Facebook page.

I am kind of desperate and I absolutely need my data for my research (I absolutly want to avoid their loss). What else can I do to unblock this situation as quickly as possible? Thank you in advance for your help.
