MeisterTask cant get in

Is the MeisterTask working? I get this "Server ERROR" and then it send me back to the "Plans upgrade page"

Hi Still. I thougth it was cos the end of windows app support, but I cant get it in even by web, using Firefox, Brave or edge. If I try to get in "https://www.meistertask.com/app/dashboard" it "error" and send me back to "https://accounts.meister.co/plans?r=140672" ps. Im already logged in my account I just cant get into the meistertask

That's strange. I just checked your account and it seems your payments have not gone through since 2023. Perhaps this is causing the error.

Do you have a different payment method you could try?

So there is no more free account? I just gone working by myself and the limitations of the free account was fine for me. So this is the problem? There is no more free account?

I still have normal acess (free account) to the mindmeister, only mindtask is the issue

So Im still not able to hire someone to my team, and after this 14 days trial I will get back to the free account or I will lose acess again?
