We are on the paid Pro version of MeisterTask, and currently experiencing error (blank page) when tried to add members to a project. We can't find the support email address so we can email them the details, can someone please help. Thanks!
Hello, according to the "how to contact" page of MeisterTask's documentation, you either submit your request from the "Contact" section in your account, like this:
Or you access the form externally for such action, like this:
Before contacting support, I'd try a new incognito web browser, or clearing the cookies and cache.
If the problem disappears under those circumstances, it was an invalid cookie that was causing the issue.
