Global templates for tasks, subtasks and checklists

I have a need to create repeats of complex tasks with subtasks and checklists for the management of course programs for lesson plans that I'm delivering to clients online in blended mode. It can't be a recurring tasks as it has to be on demand. Creating a new task for each client won't work as some of the courses are quite large and the checklists used for the lesson plans are numerous and would be confusing and prone to error in selection. It would be useful to be able to create templates of tasks and subtasks with associated subordinate structures, and have them accessible to all projects, rather than limited to the one it has been created in.

I realised that I have a workaround configured for this problem, though my feature suggestion stands. I have a separate project specifically for 'templates'. I duplicate the task and them move it to the correct section within another project. But a templates library within MT is still going to be useful. I have also created a templates Note in MeisterNote for resuseable templates for meetings etc.

Mindmeister used to allow tasks to be created in the mind map and when the task was completed, the task could be checked off, so everyone could visually see that it was completed.  With the new interface that changed.  No longer can we see that tasks are completed.
