Timeline Schedule hour by hour

We would like to schedule our tasks in a minute or hourly way. For example a task that occurs 12:00-15:00 within the same day.

Currently you can only schedule on a day to day basis. We would like to see this have a feature like the Due Date which can be set to a day and a time.

The timeline should also reflect this visually.
