[CURRENT BUG] Issue with moving completed tasks into the done swim lane

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the community but have been using the Meistertask platform to manage our internal software deployments for the past 3 years. I've created a Kanban board for the items that we need to address. These tasks get moved from swim lane to swim lane and finally gets moved into the "Done" swim lane after we have completed our deployment and testing.

The issue that I am seeing is when the task is marked down as "Completed" and moved into the "Done" swim lane, the card will automatically go back to the "QA Review" lane after refreshing the browser.

I need to point out that this is an intermittent issue and not all of the completed tasks are having this problem.

Already ruled out:

I've tried different browsers, cleared cache and cookies, and have asked other people to move these tasks. I've also deleted the task and recreate the card. Has there been any recent updates to the system? It's been at least 2 weeks that I've noticed this issue.
