Error when restoring version

Hi!

I'm not being able to restore the latest versin of my map. I've even upgraded it to pro only to try it, thinking it could solve, but it didn't work.

Chrome Versão 133.0.6943.99 (Versão oficial) (arm64)

Mac Air Mac OS sequoia versão 15.3

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I would recommend contacting Meister's Support Team and explain the issue in detail so that they can investigate this issue. From what I can see in the backend, it seems that you already reached out to them and are waiting to for a reply at the moment. To reduce waiting times, I would recommend sending additional information in the ongoing email exchange:

    • include the URL of the affected mind map
    • Please enable access to your account. You can find a guide how to do this here: How to- Enable Access
    • Please send them this screenshot as well, and consider creating a video with the developer console open. To open the developer console in Google Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use Option + ⌘ + J (on macOS), or Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

    I've already enabled access and recorded the video. I've sent it replying to the e-mail I've received informing the opening of the support ticket, is that the correct whay to do it?
