アイデアの追加ができない（ページが応答しない）

WEB（chrome）でログインしてアイデアを追加しようとすると画面がフリーズして更新できなくなります。

左上の更新を行うとしばらくして以下のエラーがでます。

ログアウトして入りなおしたりほかのブラウザ（edge）などで立ち上げても同様の問題が生じます。

ほかのマップからのコピーを張り付けたりはできます。またiPadでは更新ができます。解決方法がお分かりの方がいらっしゃればご教示いただけますと幸いです。

A lot of users have reached out via the MindMeister Support team and have reported the same issue as well.

いつもMindMeisterを利用させていただいております。
私も、山根様と同様の症状に悩まされており、大変困っております。
少しでもお役に立てればと思い、私の環境における詳細な状況と試したことを共有させていただきます。

▼【発生日時および頻度】
2025年4月4日：正常に利用可能
2025年4月11日より継続して発生（本日4月13日も同様）

▼【症状】
MindMeisterの編集画面において、以下の症状が発生します。
・コピー＆ペーストによる文字入力は可能です。
・スマートフォン（Android版アプリ）では、問題なく利用できております。一方、パソコンのブラウザ版および、ページをアプリとしてインストールした画面において、日本語入力および全角英数字を入力すると画面がフリーズする現象が発生いたします。
・直接文字を入力後、変換操作を行う、またはEnterキーを押下すると、「ページが反応しません」と表示され、完全に操作不能になります。
・「ページを離れる」ボタンをクリックすると、「このウェブページの表示中に問題が発生しました。エラー コード: RESULT_CODE_HUNG」というエラーメッセージが表示されます。

▼【試したこと】
以下の操作を全て試しましたが、状況は改善されませんでした。
① ブラウザの変更: Google Chromeから Microsoft Edge へ変更して検証(どちらも最新バージョン)
② ブラウザのアップデート: 両ブラウザともに最新バージョンであることを確認
③ キャッシュとCookieの削除: 両ブラウザのキャッシュとCookieを削除
④ 別アカウントでの検証: 別のMindmeisterアカウントで同様の操作を試行
⑤ 別環境での検証: 異なるPC（デスクトップPCおよびノートPC、いずれもWindows 11）で同様の操作を試行
⑥ ブラウザとタブの整理: Mindmeisterのタブ以外の全てのブラウザおよびタブを閉じた状態で操作

現在、MacやiPadといった他のデバイスを持ち合わせておらず、このフリーズのために業務が滞ってしまい、非常に困っております。
もし、この症状について何か進展や解決策がございましたら、ぜひ共有していただけますと幸いです。

やまさき様　コメントありがとうございます。①～③は私も試しましたが解決しませんでした。バグの修正を待つしかないのでしょうか。。。
仕事で使うので困りますね。

私は韓国語を使用していますが、同じ症状が発生します。

先週までは問題がありませんでした。

英語で入力すると問題がないのに

韓国語を入力した瞬間、同じ症状が発生します。

Chrome、Safari、Firefoxなどのブラウザで全て同じ現象が発生しています。

I speak Korean and I am experiencing the same symptoms.

I had no problem until last week.

When I type in English, it's fine, but the moment I type

in Korean, the same thing happens.

I'm experiencing the same issue in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and other browsers.

MACでCHROME使ってますが、

私も12日から同じ症状で困っています。

文字を打って変換しようとEnterキー押すと、

文字が変換されずそのままフリーズしてしまい、文字を打てません。

毎日マインドマップ使うので、早く改善されるとよいですが、、、
