Hi team, I hope you're doing well.

I'm currently experiencing a critical issue: my dashboard won’t fully load, which means I haven’t been able to access any of my mind maps or ongoing projects. The loading animation stays on the screen indefinitely (screenshot attached).

This issue has persisted for over a month, and despite several attempts to contact support via email, I’ve only received automated responses — no personalized support or actionable follow-up so far.

This is affecting important projects that are time-sensitive, and I urgently need assistance.

Please, I kindly ask that someone from the team reach out directly or escalate this issue to the appropriate technical department as soon as possible.
