Dear Meister Community,

With a heavy heart, we’re announcing that the Meister Community will officially close its doors on June 30, 2025. After that, the Community will be shut down and no longer accessible.

(Please note: MeisterTask, and MindMeister will continue to operate as usual. This change affects only the Community and does not impact the use of our tools.)

This space has meant so much to us, not just as a support platform, but as a place where ideas flourished, feedback shaped the future of our tools, and users helped one another with patience and care. For that, we’re deeply grateful. 💙

🧭 Why is the Community closing?

This wasn’t an easy decision. After careful consideration, we’re aligning our support experience with our long-term vision and the growing demand for scalable, accessible resources. Our goal is to invest more in the channels where we can support all our users quickly and consistently.

We know that for many of you, the Meister Community has been a valuable and even inspiring space. We feel that too, and we will genuinely miss it.

🧰 Where to go for help and updates

Even after the Community closes, help is always close by:

💡 Still have ideas?

Even though the Community is closing, your voice continues to matter — and we’re always eager to hear your thoughts on how to improve.

There are several ways you can continue to share your ideas:

  • 🧪 Join our Research Panel to participate in user interviews, product testing, and early feedback sessions. You’ll help shape the future of Meister firsthand.
  • 🤝 Talk to your Customer Success Manager if you’re working with one — they’ll be happy to collect and share your ideas.
  • 💬 Reach out to our Support Team via the Contact Us tab in your account — they’ll make sure your feedback is passed on to the right teams.

🔔 Stay in the loop

To stay updated on new features, changes, and improvements:

💙 Thank You

To everyone who has posted a question, offered an answer, shared an idea, or simply read along quietly — thank you.

We’re sad to say goodbye to the Meister Community, but we’re incredibly proud of what we built together here. And while this chapter ends, our commitment to you continues, with even more energy, care, and innovation.

With sincere appreciation,
Cornelia, Community Manager

This is very sad! Reddit here we come! Just created this so we can keep the conversations going because I don't want to lose this forum . . . I guess each of us will have to transfer any ongoing ideas, etc. over to Reddit so we can keep tracking them?

Very sad indeed, but life must go on. A very big thank you to everyone over the years at Meister who created, moderated and kept the home fires burning. It has been a great online community. Meeting people who we would otherwise not have the opportunity of meeting, participating in an active and like minded community and having some fun along the way. For me personally, the connections and opportunities have been invaluable. A very big thank you.

    Dear Cornelia,

Thank you for sharing this update, even though it is terrible news for all of us who have relied on the community as a valuable resource for support, learning, and exchanging ideas.

I would like to know whether the structure of the community and all shared content – including courses, templates, and other useful resources – will remain available in a read-only format after the closure or if they will be migrated elsewhere. Otherwise, will these materials be permanently removed?

Thank you in advance for the clarification and for all the support provided thus far.

    Best regards,

    Eduardo Cella

    Hi @eduardo,

yes, the materials from the Community will be permanently removed and deleted, so no there is no read-only format available.

However, you can find all important guides, tutorials, how-tos, and many tips still in our Help Center. The Help Center will continue to exist normally and is going to continue to be a great resource. The Academy, which hosts all online courses, will continue to exist likewise.
