Methods for ending sessions on every device

Hi, I'm having trouble terminating all active sessions on all devices. I tried changing my password, but the sessions on all devices remained active. I read that the only way to end sessions is to go to the Services and Sessions tab and end it manually, but there isn't such an option—there is only the option services. What should I do?
