MeisterTask Browser Version Not Loading in Corporate Network Since Mid-March

Hey everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing issues with MeisterTask's browser version not loading properly in a corporate network environment since mid-March? The page just gets stuck on the loading spinner and won't proceed.
What we've already tried:
- Clearing cookies
- Browser updates
- Testing different browsers
- Firewall configuration check
None of these solutions have resolved the issue, and we're still troubleshooting.
The suspicious part:
Sometimes MeisterTask loads perfectly fine, sometimes it doesn't - and we haven't been able to identify any pattern behind when it works vs. when it fails. This inconsistent behavior is particularly puzzling.
We currently have support tickets open, but the response time is quite long. I'm hoping someone here has encountered this same issue and found a solution?
We suspect it might be related to cookies, and we've noticed that cookies like Bugsnag are being blocked which is not used in all sessions.
Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
