💡Feature Request: Allow Calendar Integration to Be All Day Events

I really like the calendar integration with MeisterTask, but don't like that a task has to have a specific time because it clutters up my calendar. Most of the time a task needs to be done *that day* but not necessarily at a specific time that day.

I'm not sure about other calendar apps, but Mac allows for "all-day" events that show up at the top of the calendar -- outside the hours. I would like to be able to indicate for the integration wheter the task should be reflected as an all-day event or schedule it for a specific time.

I've attached a screen shot so you can see what I mean.

One possible work around I've considered is scheduling things for 2 am, 2:30 am, etc. in the morning for example so they show up there and not in the middle of my calendar. But that's a pretty painstaking process because you have to know what time slot is already taken and schedule accordingly across multiple different projects.
