My browser is displaying a garbled font - how can I fix?

Hello dear community,

we have a problem with the display of mastertask on a team member. With her, the font is displayed cand you can't really read anything. Does anyone have experience with this and know a solution?

Hi @Freddy! Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

We've seen this issue with certain users who have recently updated MacOS — it seems that certain browsers (Firefox and Chrome) are having issues displaying the Meister font after updates. We've seen a fix for this issue in the following thread (only available in German):

Here are some fixes that have worked in the past:

Chrome: A user pointed out a fix for this issue found on the Google Support forum here and here - it seems like selecting a new default font or reinstalling a font might help.

Firefox: Go to Options/Settings -> General: Fonts & Colors -> Advanced. Then check the box "Allow pages to use custom fonts instead of the ones selected above."
