Why does Outlook not show up as an enabled add-in?
In Outlook on iOS, there is the option to add Meister Task as an addin so you can create tasks directly from an email. I am able to check the box that i want to add it as an available function in Outlook but when i actually try to use it once enabled, it does not show up as an enabled add-in. It functions as expected in my desktop outlook. any ideas? thanks!

Hello @aelmore welcome to the community!
According to the official docs:
MeisterTask's Outlook add-in uses Outlook API 1.8, and is therefore supported by all Office 365 subscriptions and some 2019 one-time purchase licenses for Windows.
It appears this feature is supported from iOS 11 and later versions and Outlook Web App (OWA) has been deprecated.
This other resource says:
Add-ins aren't supported in Outlook on Android, on iOS, and modern mobile web with on-premises Exchange accounts. Certain iOS devices still support add-ins when using on-premises Exchange accounts with classic Outlook on the web. For information about supported devices, see Requirements for running Office Add-ins.
Currently, there are additional considerations when designing and implementing add-ins for mobile clients. For example, the only supported mode is Message Read. For more details, see code considerations when adding support for add-in commands for Outlook Mobile.
What version of iOS and Office Mobile are you using?
Are you using Microsoft Exchange in your setup?
Answers to those questions could help the support team in trying to come up with an answer to your issues and a proper recommendation.
Best regards.

Hi @Alec Elmore
Yes this is possible. You just have to add MeisterTask as add-in in your Outlook app.

The impossible does not exist! The solution has just not been found yet!

@Rooster McNugget Thanks, unfortunately that's what's not working on my phone. if you see these two screen shots, you will see i have it checked as an add-in, but when i am in email, even though it is selected, it doesnt show as an option to use it. Confirming this is all being done in Outlook on iOS. thx
