Behaviour that indicates automation has been triggered and is running

I'll get used to it quickly enough but as a new user I was put off by my automations not seeming to work as it takes several seconds to run them.
For example I have an automation that on some projects assigns new tasks to me because I'm the only person on that project. Or I have tasks set to completed when moved to the Done column.
As a new user I'd appreciate some signal from the interface that an automation has been triggered and the task will be updated shortly. Like a spinning cog in the corner of the task card or an animated border stroke or a countdown progress bar or spinner or something.
