ADMIN should be allowed to cancel files uploaded from team or guests

I have some good news, this is already possible: Team administrators can choose to disable uploading local files for all projects and team members.

If disabled, no one on the team will be able to:

• See the option to upload files on tasks
• Drag files into a task
• Paste files into a task
