Only 2 projects in use but project limit ist exceeded

I am using the Basic version and I have created 2 projects, but I am still being told that my project limit has been exceeded. How can that be?

Can you please check if you were invited to another project? These also count towards the MeisterTask limit.

How do I check if I have been invited to other projects? I do not see any invitation.

One more information. I have a few more projects that are archived. Could that be the problem?

Hi Paul,

first thing you can do is, to have a look at your dashboard and check the active projects available in the project overview. You can find some useful information about the dashboard in German via this link.
In projects themselves, you can have a look at the owner of a project.
The article Einführung in Private Projekte vs. Teamprojekte could also be of interest to you.
Projects, that have been archived or deleted are normally not counted as active projects, and will therefore not have an effect on your limit.
