Dear Community, 👋

As we step into 2025, I’m thrilled to announce a brand-new logo and visual identity for Meister and our products, MeisterTask and MindMeister.

Let’s dive into the details:

What’s changing?

As of January 27, you’ll notice our updated logos and visual branding here in the Community and across other Meister platforms.

Why the change? Our fresh new design is modern, clean and purpose-driven — created to reflect the evolution of our tools and Meister as a company.

We understand that many of you have a special connection to our old logos. But just as our products have evolved to meet your needs over the years, our branding needed to evolve, too.

We hope you love the new design as much as we do! We’d love to get your feedback, so go ahead and share your thoughts and first impressions in the comments below.

The new logo is a step forward! It feels fresh, MNML, et. contemporary. I did have a soft spot for the old MindMeister thought bubble, but I understand the need for a cohesive brand across all products. This new design achieves that beautifully. I think I'm one of the few people who don't like the new ones. I understand the choice and the need to develop logos, but they've become ‘lambda’ whereas the old ones were unique and had more originality.

Maybe different colours in the favicon of MeisterTask, MeisterNote and MindMeister (blue, yellow and pink) would help here. As far as I can see, in MindMeister it already is a pink favicon 🤔

Hi @Joerg Koper , I totally agree with you! I use notes and boards a lot as well, and being able to distinguish them was very handy in the past.

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible due to two reasons: One, Notes are now a part of MeisterTask. They are "just" like any other feature in MeisterTask, like a board or reports. Secondly, because MeisterNote is no longer its own product, it no longer has a separate visual identity. Therefore, the same logo and visual branding applies to it as to all other features in MeisterTask.
