site crashing?

I have been a user for probably six-plus years; I never experienced a site crash until recently, and it is often happening……. is it just me?

    Same problem here! It's been over a week and no one has solved it!

    PLEASE!!!
    I need to be able to access my material on Mindmeister!

    I've been trying to log in for a week now and I can't! I've sent several emails and no one has solved my problem.

    I'm a long-time user of the platform and I've never been so poorly served. I haven't changed platforms yet because I need to access ALL the classes and projects I've created.

    Hi @Kristin Hellmich , I am sorry to hear that you are facing some troubles. Can you please provide more details whether the issue happens with MindMeister, the mind mapping app, or MeisterTask the project management tool?

If you do reach out, then I would recommend to describing the issue in as much detail as possible and including a video of the issue. In the meantime, I would recommend trying using a different browser, try the incognito mode, and deleting cache and cookies.
