Why can I not access MeisterTask from my Android?

Hello, since a few weeks, I can no longer access my meistertask account on my ANDROID smartphone ( android 12, Xiaomi mi9 T ). The application sends me an error ( java.security.cert.certvalidatpathorexception: trust anchor for certification path not found )
Can you give me a workaround.

How are you logging in? I.e. Do you log in via a third-party like Google?

Hello we have the same issue. Logging in on A Smart TV, via email sign in. Everything was working previously, its a new issue, we don't know how to bring back functionality to the TV now… Any known issue with this?

this sounds like a very specific issue, so I would recommend reaching out to the Meister Support for further help.
In general, I would also recommend trying to delete the app and reinstall it0 -

I did contact the support twice and no one answered. Tried reinstalling and that didn't help.
Feel a little hopeless on that and we used to use MeisterTask on that device daily. We want to take the Pro version but it is first and foremost hugely important to be able to use it there.0 -
Hi @Aleksander Hudzik , can I ask how did you tray to contact support? I just checked in the backend and did not find anything under your email address. I am sorry that contacting support was not successful.
If you contact support, then you will get a confirmation email, that your support request was sent. I would recommend trying to contact support again, and looking out for the email confirmation. Then you can be sure, that your request was actually received. I hope that helps.0 -
Every time i did that it said someone from support will contact me, i didn't receive any confirmation on the email. Just did that too, i am a little tired writing 3rd time the same message and again it says someome will contact me, i don't have any confirmation on the email, any ticket number or anything. Is the support form working correctly?
