links not working

Hi. So I am thinking of upgrading my company to MT however I am having a recurring issue in Chrome (stable) - some links do not work (e.g. Task>Assigned To>Manage) at all and then this seems to disable all clicks on the page (after I X out of the task). Has anyone seen this behavior? I have tried deleting cookies, resetting Site settings, diabling as blocker etc. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

    I think this is because there is an old team member (Wyley Dale") "stuck" in the account. The team member appears inside the tasks but DOES NOT APPEAR when I try to manage the team (so I can't delete him). Can someone at Meistertask please remove this old team member from my account? I think that is what is causing the dead links. Please help.

    can you send us a video? I am not sure if I understand what you mean by "some links do now work". Maybe I can help you figure this out :)

    You also mentioned an old team member. I would recommend to check whether you can remove the user 1) from the project and 2) from the team.

    • You can try to delete the project member from the project in the project settings. Learn more here.
    • And you can open the My Team page in Accounts and try to remove the user from your team.
