[Delivered] Change the Color of Completed Tasks in MindMeister Topics
Hi,
I believe it would be greatly useful if an integrated from MT task was also highlighted/crossed out or marked any other way as completed in MM. It is way more comfortable while working on different tasks and directions. In case you manage to implement such a function I’ll subscribe and move all of my projects from Trello and Google to your platform.

I can get behind @Jörg Koper 's comment, it's def possible to be able to see the task status once clicking on the task checkmark, but I'd also like this to be visible within the mind map itself (maybe via the color of the checkmark?)

Joie deVivre’s idea is great, too. It's better off adding some visual mark indicating task completion on mind-map. One won’t need to click on ‘tick’ and check the status there. So, it would be visually easier and clearer to understand which tasks are completed.

Got my vote, too @vvm, I understand you'd be happy with @JoiedeVivre 's complementary proposal. I just did support this feature request in her sense here, but I think to be clear you might better open a new request and clarify your demand. Welcome to the MeisterCommunity!

Hi all, good news! Our product team is looking to implement this feature, and is currently in the process of shaping how these color-coded task statuses in MindMeister could be implemented. I'll keep this thread updated with details!

Hi @jess — I am very excited for these request as well — unfortunately, although this feature is planned, it has been delayed due to a reprioritization from our Product Team and is not on our next quarter's roadmap.
Sorry to disappoint, but I will continue to advocate for this request! Please keep in mind that we are a small team, and certain features/fixes must always be (re)prioritized.

Hi all — just following back up on this topic:
The upcoming feature release for MindMeister will include visualizations of:- task assignees
- due dates
- status (including differentiated symbols for completed, archived and deleted tasks):

Hmm.. I'm still not seeing the expected behavior; the check circle is staying gray after marking complete, even when I create a new MindMap… is this fully deployed to Prod?0 -

no worries, these feature roll-outs usually happen in "waves". That means that the feature is not instantly deployed to everybody at once, but happens batch by batch. I was informed that the feature started to roll out yesterday, so I am sure it will be available soon.2
