How to start Projects in MeisterTask

Hi guys 👋🙂

I often get the question how to start with projects in MeisterTask in general. Most beginners create a lot of projects instead of tasks and are losing the overview in the left sidebar.

My advice for you:

Think about the project itself...you maybe have a customer with lots of orders / projects for you? In this case, you can create a customer-related project-board in MeisterTask, create individual project sections and then create single tasks for every new customer-related order.

In the task you insert all information about the project, create checklists, insert tags for a better overview and the possibility of using the filter, insert files like contracts, photos or what ever related to the project. You can also work with automations, time tracking and, and, and 😉

The single tasks (or call it customer-maps) go through the Kanban work process until they are finished. The board can look like this (Blog Update could be the name of your customer):
