Hey!

Here are two important, and problematic, facts for you: Every minute counts and a lot of information can be hard to process quickly.

Here's the solution:

You can set up automations to add certain tags to every task moved into your chosen section. For example, you might add the tag Finance to all tasks moved to the Invoicing section. There may also be other tasks in different sections tagged with Finance. This is very useful for the Finance department - they can open the project board, filter by Finance and view all the relevant tasks instantly.

    Hey!

    Wanted to add something to this MeisterHack from @Olaf Roeb's language learning template:

    Olaf has added automation-only sections to his board. These sections stay collapsed as they aren't used to monitor task progress. Tasks moved to these sections automatically get tags, a checklist and assigned to Olaf. An automation then moves the tasks on to another section.

    As all tasks automatically get tags, it's then much easier to navigate the board using the filter by tags function allowing you to see only relevant information.
