MeisterTask Outlook add in

Hello,
One of our customers works with MeisterTask and now wants to use the add-ins for Outlook. Unfortunately the installation always fails. Therefore a basic question, does the MeisterTask Outlook add-in only work with Exchange Online and not with On Prem mailboxes?

Hi Roland — sorry to disappoint, but unfortunately the Outlook Add-In doesn't support on-premise mailboxes.
I have heard of a few users getting it to work inconsistently on-premise, but it isn't officially supported.
