No button to Invite a team member

Hi all , I am a Pro user and looking to add a Basic user to my team, however when i go to do this as shown in the how to guides, the option is not actually there all I can see is the shown image.
There is no Invite user .
has anybody ever had this problem? I cant see that it is anything to do with who i want to add as i cant actually get to that point.

Hi @Helen5569! Is it possible you purchased your subscription via the iOS App Store or Google Play Store? If yes, that might prevent the "Invite" button from appearing, as team creation is not supported on mobile subscriptions. To build a team, you'll need to cancel the subscription in the App/Google Play Store and purchase a new one via our web-app. Hope that helps!
