    [RESOLVED] Checklist items changed at random (iOS app)

    Hi All,

    NOFB3118.zip

    Meistertask 5.15.0 on iphone IOS 16.6

    Checklist items mysteriously disappear and get replaced with a random other checklist item when I'm in a checklist and press "enter" on an active task…

    I've attached a screen capture…

    Any toughts?

      Really strange behaviour. To me, it looks like your mobile phone automatically inserts it from the cache. Can you please tell us the following?

      • Type of Device and version of Operating System
      • Version of MeisterTask, running on your device

      Hi @Robert Thielens I was experiencing something similar a while back where changes I made to checklists were sometimes reverting back to prior versions. Is it possible any of the tasks that are showing up were previously in this checklist, or are they completely separate and new?

      Hi @Robert Thielens,

      Could you please trigger a forced/ manual sync?

      Then please make a checklist again and see if the issue persists.

      If it persists, please send error logs.

      after sync the problem persists in old checklists.

      It looks like in a newly created checklist the problem doesn't occur anymore.

      The problem persists even in new checklists

      What I'm seeing is that it only hapens when the checklist numerous items 15+ or so before it happens

      the problem persists… it doesn't hapen all the time but it is still there…

      Any news on this?

      We're coming at the point that we are loosing faith in the product because we can't have losing items in the checklist without any chance of recovery….

      I understand + am sorry for the delay here. I spoke with the devs - They've found a fix, and it is currently in testing. It should be deployed by the end of the week.

      If there's a delay, I'll be sure to let you know. Fingers crossed it's released in the next few days!
