    Hi there,

I have tried the search like you have described, and I did not get a deleted file in my search results, choosing in active tasks 🤔

Here you see an example of a deleted task, that I have explicit searched for. Does your results look like that too?

It is important, not to search for all tasks. In this case, you'll get what you wanted 😉

Meister's Software normally works like a charm. Even with plenty of tasks, deleted ones and many projects etc. We have to keep in mind, that the working speed also depends on the internet connection of each user.

    Best, Jörg

Hi @abshmrykhald1@gmail.com and welcome to the community 👋🙂

You can use a filter in the search window:

All you have to do is, to click on Scope and select a filter

    like active tasks, for example

    Hope, this helps you out.

Yes, I tried that, however when I go to scope, the deleted file is still there. But, even if there are thousands of files, it will not influence the application's performance, am I correct?

I also tried to reproduce the issue. But it works also on my side. I could search for active and deleted projects and it showed always what I was looking for.

Are you using the webversion or the desktop app? I tried it on the webversion.
