Renaming files

it would be nice if MeisterNote allows to rename files. As MeisterNote can be used as a repository or archive, it would be very convenient to allow renaming files uploaded to pages. Now, users need to download them, rename them locally and then re-upload the file(s) again. It's a small feature, but would save a lot of steps .

    5 months later… no response. It's sad Mindmeister got to product maturity, and now it's slowly going to decline, as it's not listening to customers. This is how a product dies!

    OMG. This is so obvious [after I've realized] it hurts. You gotta rename the ROOT OBJECT of your map / tree to rename the file. That's a lack of usability testing IMO

    This thread is for our documentation tool MeisterNote and the files you upload to pages there.

    In MindMeister, each file shares its name with the main topic of the mind map.
