Error on Export Project to CSV

Hi all, I got error notification when export project to CSV.

Is there any solution? Thanks anyway

    Hi,

    Just to update anyone else reading this thread - This happened because the project was too big to export. The solution is to split (break up) the project and export 1-2k tasks at once.

    Are you still facing this problem? I have tried to reproduce it and I had no problems, exporting a project to csv 🤔

    Hi Joerg, thanks for your kindly responses. Actually the error is frequently happened, on different project, on different time. Is there any help i could get to address this problem. Thanks anyway.

    We have exactly the same problem.
    Currently, a project can no longer be downloaded (permanently) as a csv file.

    That sounds frustrating!

    There isn't any known issue. I tried to export 2 quite big projects, even with archived tasks, but it works like a charm.

    Could you please tell me:

    • how many projects are affected
    • how many accounts are affected (whole team?)
    • when did it stop working?

    If only one project is affected, please can you tell me the name of this project? Could you also enable support access to your account?

    • when did it stop working? - TWO WEEKS AGO

      Access should take place promptly. I have just written to my administrator
