[RESOLVED] "Value is invalid" when i try convert an element of a mindmap to its own mindmap
When i try to create a new mindmap from an element of an existing mindmap, i always get the error message above. The new map gets generated, but there is no linkage.
This used to work fine a couple of weeks ago, did some update break it?

Hi @lukas generic ,
are you by any chance on the Basic Plan? If yes, then there is a 3-map-limit. Is it possible that you already have 3 maps, so this would be the fourth map that you are trying to create?

I have a premium plan which seems to be working fine since the maps are generated. Yet the linkage is missing.

Hmm, but a popup warning "value invalid" doesn't seem like intended behavior. It used to be working fine a couple of weeks ago. You could click the element and it forwards you to the respective child mindmap.

The Value Invalid pop up is a bug yes! Our devs are aware of it. We will update the thread Cornelia linked to when it's resolved.

Ok so what i understood is that the warning is a bug.
But is the feature intended to work as before or did you decide to remove the linkage?

Hi,
Yes, the warning is a bug. The map is available on your dashboard, and this link (see pic) that appears should also take you to the new map.
Regarding the actual link in the map as it used to be, our team are still investigating this. I have asked for an update on their progress.
