Lost years of work - My map content simply disappeared, how do I get it back?

🕵️ Provide details - While sharing my screen to a friend to show a map that I did with years of work, it simply disapeared and I can´t recover.

💬 What I´ve already tried - I´ve tried do recover and old version, but even upgrading from basic to personal plan, it did not work. Tried also to click at "Recover this version" but the map information could not be recovered. Only appears the center idea wich is the map´s name.
