I am using Mind Meister and made the payment for 6 months on 6th Aprial, 2023. Now, my account is still in Basic Plan.
I just wanted to add some troubleshooting here in case other users search for the answer.
Sometimes, users have multiple accounts and upgrade one but check the other. In this case, please double check you are accessing the exact same account as the one you upgraded.
Other times, the issue is with iOS or Android. Occasionally, we see delays in the activation of subscriptions when users pay via iOS or Android. Please get in touch with iOS or Android support teams to resolve this issue.

@Andrew Lapidus @Miša Hennin I am facing the same problem. It was not an issue of duplicate or paying through android/iOS. I think that there was a technical issue that occured as I submitted my payment, because I never got a confirmation and it said to try again later. However, upon checking my credit card statement I see that the payment went through. I really need to duplicate my map to continue working on it but I don't want to pay again and risk facing the same issue. I would appreciate your help!!
