How can I revert to my original MindMeister account?

I have loged into my account for the first time in a while and find I'm now using the new version of MindMeister which I don't like. The old version allowed me click once on a link and go straight to a linked MindMeister Map or other URL. Now I have to click the link and then click again. This is too clunky for my purposes.

After searching for ages I eventually found out the only way to go back to the old MindMeister is to contact MindMeister. However, despite having a paid subscription there is no option for me to contact MindMeister.

There is another post from the community about not finding the Contact Us link and it was suggested deleting the old account. I do not want to do this! I spent a long time setting up the linking maps and I'm very frustrated that it's not working very well now.

Currently I seem to have a mixture of maps with some on the new MindMeister version and some on the old.

Hoping someone can help me!

Hi @TotsOnTour, sorry for the frustration here — I've forwarded your request to our Support Team. They should be in touch with you ASAP via E-Mail to get your issues fixed.

In the meantime, I'm taking a look at the backend of your account at what might be causing the issue of the "Contact Us" button leading you in a circle.
