My Map Disappeared. Where can I find it?

I can't find my mind map. It just disappeared from my account. I didn't find it in the trash. How do I find?

I'm using the latest version to date of Google Chrome on Mac OS 13.3.1(a) (22E772610a)

    HI @grww, I've seen this happen when people didn't realise they had two accounts. Is it possible you've got a second account on a different e-mail and signed into the other one?

    In my case, I confused Mindmeister with Miro. I created the mind map in Miro and tried to log into Mindmeister. lol 😅😂🤣

    Hi, @Emily and @grww, that was exactly what happened to me!
    I logged out from one account and logged in a second one [another email].
    when I got back, the maps from the first account had disappeared.
    any clue on how to solve it, please? I have some hope now :) thanks!
