How do I move a topic up or down?

I tried to hold control and press arrow up or down, and it didn't do anything. How do I move a topic up/down?

    Hi @jfairchild01,

    normally, the keyboard shortcuts should work fine. In which browser did you work? It may be an annoying question, but have you checked the caps lock button too? 😉
