What happened to my account?

Hi there - I have been using a free version of MindMeister for probably just under a year now. I created a mindmap let's say a month ago, was editing it actively. Went to log into now and everything is gone - it turned my account into something new. Help?

I even have picture of the map that shows my account existed (I logged in using google).
